The workshop/warehouse is constructed on a steel portal frame with profile insulated sheet metal to the walls and an eaves height of 6 metres below a single skin roof. The building benefits from three phase electricity, two electrically operated roller shutter doors, one of 6 metres width and one of 4.5 metres, staff canteen, sodium high bay lights and a large inbuilt commercial spray booth. There is an adjoining office building with first floor offices and ground floor stores with male and female toilet facilities. The office space benefits from a small kitchen area, fluorescent strip lighting and comfort cooling, CCTV and full security alarm.

Externally the site benefits from a large secure, gated service yard, surfaced in concrete and tarmac, which provides an excellent level of car parking and commercial servicing.
