The estate consists of two parallel terraces either side of a central spine road. Units 20 and 22 are undergoing refurbishment and once works are complete they will benefit from redecorated offices, warehouse space and LED lighting throughout. As part of the works both units will be sprayed grey externally to match the recently refurbished Unit 8. Each unit has a generous loading forecourt and allocated car parking at the front of the unit. In addition there is a shared overflow car park at the bottom of the estate (opposite Unit 12). The property has been measured on a GIA basis.
