Considerations and offer process:
• Interested parties are invited to submit a written financial offer (in £s sterling) “the Bid” for the freehold interest of the site, by completing and returning to the Vendor the: Due Diligence Questionnaire and the Bid and Declaration Form.
• The financial offer should be for a fixed amount (in £s sterling) and must not be calculable by reference to another bid, document or formula and must be exclusive of VAT. If the bid requires funding from a third party, then details of the borrowing monetary cap and the summary of terms must be disclosed, a certified copy letter from the funder will be required.
• The Vendor expressly reserves the right upon the opening of offers to call for additional information or clarification and/or conduct a due diligence exercise, which it may require before reaching any decision.
• All interested parties shall accept full responsibility for and take appropriate steps to ensure compliance with the requirements in this document, and any failure to do so, at the discretion of the Vendor, shall render a sealed bid disqualified. On disqualification, the Vendor’s decision is final, and no appeal will be permitted.

• Bids can be submitted from Wednesday 30 April 2025 “the Start Time” and no later than 2pm Friday 4 July 2025 “the Closure Time”. Any bids transmitted and received before the Start Time or received after the Closure Time will be considered only at the discretion of the Vendor.
