The property comprises the former site of Frodsham Science & Technology College which has since been demolished, with part of the site subsequently being developed for the Princeway Medical Centre. The site extends to approximately 2 acres (0.81 hectares) and is bound by Queensway to the south east, Princeway to the south west, and Princeway Medical Centre to the north west. The access road to the Medical Centre is located to the north east. The site slopes downhill from Queensway towards the Medical Centre, however much of the former college floor slab remains – presenting a level development opportunity.
