St Stephen’s House is a 1930s former insurance company’s office building converted into studio accommodation with an office suite at ground and lower ground floor.

The property underwent a complete refurbishment and conversion in 2013 completed by the vendor.

The building comprises seven storeys with 54 studios located on floor one to five with a separate access through the building’s original front door on the corner of Colston Avenue and St Stephen’s Avenue. The fifth floor units fronting Colston Avenue and St Stephen’s Avenue benefit from private balconies.

The studios vary in size from 16.8 sqm to 25.2 sqm. They are fully let for 2024/25 and have achieved 100% occupancy as early as March 2024.
