Spencer Court comprises a complex of four separate properties, Russell House, Marlborough House, Collingbourne House and Frogmore House. Frogmore House is the oldest of the four buildings fronting West Hill, the others are located to the rear around a central courtyard. The buildings provide a number of suites on ground, first and second floors with shared WC and kitchen facilities. Flexible workspace is available from approximately 788 sq ft (73.21 sq m) upwards. Alternatively, self contained buildings or the whole complex of approximately 8184 sq ft (760.32 sqm) could be available. Frogmore House cannot be divided and can only be let as a single building.
