A mid-terraced industrial unit on ground and mezzanine floors.

It is constructed with a steel portal frame with cavity brick, block and steel clad elevations arranged under a steel pitched, and internally insulated and lined roof with roof lights. There are painted blockwork party walls.

To the front of the property is a up and over panel access door and a separate pedestrian entrance opening into the unit directly in front of the staircase which leads to the mezzanine. At the rear of the ground floor is the rear fire escape door leading to a passage running along the rear of the terrace.

The ground floor is open plan with a WC block containing a shower in addition to the WC at the rear of the unit (not tested).
