Yard 1
This is situated close to Cocks Crescent’s junction with Caro Place. The yard is timber boarded around the perimeter and is situated immediately adjacent to the SEND parking depot. The yard is predominantly arranged as hard standing with a small area of vegetation at one end. Access to the site is via metal access gates approx. 4m wide.
Yard 2
This is situated just to the West of Yard 1 with its entrance adjacent to the Royal Mail Delivery Office. The site is also timber boarded. The yard has hard standing situated towards the front with part of the rear of the site covered in vegetation. Access to the Yard is via an entrance gate approx. 4.5m wide plus there are two additional pedestrian gates.
