Summary
Office building to let
Description
The property comprises a former grain store which was converted to offices in the early 2000’s and refurbished in 2017. The accommodation is arranged over ground and four upper floors with a central service core containing two lifts, stairs and toilet facilities. There are disabled facilities, that double as shower rooms, on some of the floors.
As part of the 2017 refurbishment, the ground floor was extended by the previous tenant to take in what was formerly under croft parking. The specification includes suspended ceilings with integral and LED lighting and gas fired cooling/heating units. The accommodation is to be refurbished and returned to open plan offices. On the upper floors, the right hand wing has timber flooring whilst the left wing has concrete floors.
Externally there is a parking area to the front of the building and areas for chillers and other plant and machinery to the rear.
