Unit 10 Latimer Road (“the Property”) is situated on the ‘eastern’ side of Latimer Road. To the west of the site runs national rail and Overground railway lines from Willesden Junction to the Shepherds Bush. The Property is bounded to the north and south by Units 11 & 9 Latimer Road respectively. The existing land use is Class E, with a warehouse building providing light industrial uses and historic music studio facilities. The Property has forecourt loading and a car parking area. The existing building is 2 storeys with a maximum height of up to approx. 5 metres. Within the boundary of the Property is a substation leased to UK Power Networks. The substation has been vacant for approx. 15 years.
