Whitearch Park is an attractive and sought-after residential park, initially having been established in 1992 as a touring caravan park. Following a
series of planning applications the property now benefits from planning permission to operate as a holiday/residential village with 21 residential units and a further 18 holiday units.
Mobile Home Units: The northern part of the site is laid out to provide 19 well-spaced twin mobile home units which range in size from 40 x 20 ft to 46 x 20ft, and are all less than 10 years old. Each unit is set on a landscaped plot with a block-paved drive for parking, and benefits from its own garage.
Log Cabin: The two-storey log cabin, which overlooks the pond and fishing lake, is currently unused but has potential to provide owner/manager accommodation or an additional letting unit. The lodge features a kitchen, living area, utility room, bathroom and one bedroom on the ground floor, with the second floor providing open space and a balcony with views over the lake.
One Bedroom Bungalow: The one bedroom bungalow was converted from the former toilet block and is currently let on a long-term rental. The bungalow comprises a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
Former Shop Building: To the east of the site is a small brick-built former shop building, which is currently unused.
Former Touring Park Area: The former touring park field lies to the rear of the property. The field also includes a large Nissen hut storage building. Planning permission has been obtained for 18 additional holiday units, six of which are on this area of the site. The remainder are located between the fishing lake and the mobile homes. These have not yet been developed, although some of the services and the roadways have been constructed around the site.
