THE HOTEL
The Hotel was originally constructed in 1989, inspired by the Treetops in Africa to bring a colonial safari lodge to Hampshire, adjacent to the Wildlife Park set within its own woodland. The Hotel comprises 68 bedrooms across three grades, five function rooms, restaurant, lounge, bar and leisure club.

The dining room prides itself on serving excellent, locally sourced produce and can cater for up to 72 covers.
The lounge and bar provide all day dining, offering a relaxed meal setting, accommodating up to 52 covers.
CONFERENCING & MEETING FACILITIES
Marwell Hotel offers five function rooms, the largest of which seating up to 200 people comfortably in theatre style.
LEISURE FACILITIES
The Leisure Club comprises an indoor heated swimming pool, large sauna and dedicated changing facilities.

The site extends to approximately 19.11 acres (7.74 hectares) of grounds and woodland. Parking is provided to the front of the hotel with circa 80 spaces.
