The Property comprises the vacant former residential care home Margaret House, which includes 54-bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities and communal dining / living areas. The care home closed in October 2022 following a review of quality and viability of care homes within the County, where it was deemed that Margaret House was determined to fall short of the modern care standard requirements.

There is a permissive footpath to the north-east of the Property beyond which is Abbots Langley Primary School which is set within generous grounds.
