All works and operations which are audible at the site boundary shall only be carried out between 08:00 Hours and 18:00 Hours Mondays to Fridays, 08:00 Hours and 13:00 Hours Saturdays and at no time on Sundays, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays. Deliveries of goods to and from the site, including the removal of plant, equipment, machinery and waste shall only take place within these permitted hours.

The estate is located on the former Council depot off Bolham lane just to the north side of Retford.
