Phase 2 The Quadrant is currently under construction and due to be completed in December 2024. The units range in size from 200 sq m (2,150 sq ft) up to 600 sq m (6,450 sq ft).

The units are available to let on highly flexible leases granted for a term of 3 years with tenants having the ability to terminate a lease at any time upon service of one month’s notice.
