Elmwood Golf Course opened on 22nd May 1998 and is owned and operated by Scotland’s Rural College (SRUC). The course whilst open to the public was previously utilised for three academic courses being Golf Course Management, Green Keeping Education and Professional Golf.
In order to provide the appropriate course structure, SRUC has invested heavily in the course, its facilities and the equipment, providing
foundations for the future business at the club.
The educational strategy of the college has now evolved and the property is now offered to the market by way of lease or the sale of the freehold (heritable) interest in the land and property as a trading business.
