The complex, which comprises three units within a self-contained gated site off Fengate, extends to just under one acre Unit 1 and Unit 2/3 are located in a single block with a blockwork dividing wall between the pair. The units are of steel portal frame construction with a concrete floor, corrugated asbestos roof and roller shutter doors (width of 4.58 m x height of 3.65 m). The minimum eaves height of the units is 3.87 m with a maximum height of 4.82 m.
