The site comprises level open storage land, together with a range of existing industrial buildings, plus single-storey offices and car parking. It is adjacent to River View Park and the River Mersey, located within an extremely popular residential location. It was previously used as an engineering workshop, offices and stores. It has been marketed for employment use, however strong interest is forthcoming from the residential development sector only.
