Designed by Farmiloe Architects and constructed in 2006, the accommodation is arranged over basement, ground, first and second floors. The building has been finished to a very high standard throughout and incorporates many attractive design features, including some interesting window/balcony features. The ground floor comprises an office/kitchen with the basement, first and second floors providing the main office accommodation. The building was awarded in 2007 by the Sussex Heritage Trust for best modern commercial building in a conversation area.
