The site is located on the northern edge of the large Herefordshire village of Weobley, lying 11 miles to the northwest of Hereford.
The site is a broadly level parcel of circa 1.65 acres of agricultural land, currently in pasture. There are existing agricultural accesses onto Meadow Street to the southwest and onto Church Road to the east.
There is no planning history on the site and it directly abuts the village Settlement Boundary to the south, west and east. The land is currently designated 'Local Green Space' in the Weobley NDP. ( Agency Pilot Software ref: 5597 )
