Description
The units comprise one end of terrace and one mid-terraced industrial unit which have been combined into one and were constructed in the late 1980s /early 1990s. Location
The units are located on Minster Park, Collingwood Road, West Moors, Dorset. Collingwood Road is accessed off the B3072 Three Cross Road which in turns in Station Road and gives direct access onto to the A31.
The A31 is the main arterial route linking Dorset with the M27 motorway to the East and Dorchester and Weymouth to the West. It also links to Poole via the A348 and Bournemouth via the A338.
