Description
The property is a detached building originally constructed as a workshop/warehouse, and now primarily occupied as showrooms with ancillary offices and stores. It was built in two parts, with the original building to the rear of the site built of block construction resting under a pitched corrugated asbestos roof supported on a steel truss. Location
The property is situated on Northbrook Road, a cul-de-sac off Eastern Avenue, which is part of the city's main ring road, about 1½ miles east of the City Centre. There is excellent to Junctions 11 and 11a of the M5 motorway. Eastern Avenue is an area of mixed retail and commercial uses, and occupiers include Magnet, Halfords, Screw Fix and McDonalds.
