The site comprises of new build industrial units constructed to a high specification. The units are of steel portal frame construction with brick/block to lower level of approximately 2.1 metres surmounted by composite cladding to the upper walls and roof. Translucent panels are incorporated into the roof space which allow natural light into the premises.
In total it is intended there will be four industrial units. However, the front unit can be taken as a single larger warehouse or subdivided into three units. The units have an eaves height of approx. 7.68 metres rising to 8.3 metres at the apex. This height would allow for a mezzanine install should a tenant desire. Roller shutters on the front unit were 5m (w) x 3.9m (h). There were 3 shutters fitted in total in this unit. The rear unit has a single access shutter which measures 4m (w) 4.5m (h).
