Stowfield Cable Works is a historic industrial site re-invented for modern requirements. The site, previously used to manufacture much of the British Army’s telephone cable in WWI and part of the Pluto Pipeline in WWII, comprises 30,300 sq. m (326,150 sq. ft) of industrial and office buildings. Suitable uses include logistics, storage, processing and offices accommodation. The units can be fitted according to bespoke occupier requirements.
