Sixth Avenue Business Park will comprise a development of 13 new build light industrial units. Units will be of steel portal frame construction, clad to elevations with mono-pitch roofs. The units, which can be combined, will be finished to a high standard to include 3-phase power, minimum 6m eaves height, minimum floor loading capacity of 37.5 kNm, electric shutter doors and WC. Some units will have office space and first floor/mezzanine areas. The units will be completed early 2023.
