Description

Gateway 14 is a new business, innovation and logistics park situated adjacent to the J. 50 of the A14 at Stowmarket. The park covers 156 acres and will provide up to 2.36m ft2 with units ranging in size from 20,000 – 1,200,000 ft2. Infrastructure works to install estate roads, utilities and create development plots commenced in Spring 2022 and will allow for the first units on a pre-let/sale basis to be delivered by the end of Q4 2023.

The Range is the first occupier to sign up to the Park with an agreement to acquire 1.2m ft2 on a freehold basis.

Location

Gateway 14 sits immediately alongside the A14, the principal trunk route for UK logistics connecting the Midlands and the UK’s largest and busiest container port at Felixstowe, which serves as a primary route for export to European and world markets.

The site is 26 miles from the Port of Felixstowe, 12.5 miles to Ipswich and the A12, and 45 miles to M11 and linking to the wider motorway network.
