Phase Two of the iconic Park Hill Scheme is now available
Description
Following the successful Phase 1 of the iconic development by Urban Splash, the commercial units at Park Hill, Sheffield are available. Park Hill can offer flexible space from 300 sq. ft. Units will be finished to a shell specification with capped services, allowing you to fit the space out to reflect their businesses and personalities. Phase 2 is the continuation of Urban Splash's redevelopment of the estate, it will provide around 195 new homes, a new resident's garden and over 20,000 sq ft of mixed use commercial space, including offices and cafes. Phase 1 of Park Hill boldly paved the way for renewal and stripped the building back to it's concrete frame. Their approach to Phase 2 - working in partnership with Places for People, landscape architects Grant Associates and award-winning architects Mickhail Riches - is lighter in touch, keeping as much of the existing fabric as possible while introducing some colour. The original brick facades are being retained - part of the original features.
