The site totals approximately 3.7ac (1.49ha) and has two separate
buildings. The Sanders Building is to the North of the site with
parking to the front and loading to the rear. The building was
constructed in the 1950's and has offices to the ground and first floor
at the front with storage and production areas to the rear.
The Gunnels Wood Road building to the South of the site was
constructed around the same time as the Sanders Building. There is
a separate store building at the rear of the site. The building has
offices to the front over ground, first and second floors. There is
parking to the front.
At the far end of the site there is a general car park which is at a
lower level than the buildings and covers an area of approximately
0.6ac (0.24ha).
