The site is L-Shaped with an existing building occupying the northwest corner and benefitting from a shared access road off the south side of Broad Street. Fordneuk Street lies to the west and forms part of the western boundary. The site is secured by a mixture of metal/wire mesh fencing and brick walls on the boundary.
