Lochalsh Business Park has been developed in recent years by Highlands and Islands Enterprise to encourage employment and enterprise within the community. Site 3 is located to the eastern end of the estate. The site is currently unsurfaced and contains trees and bushes that would require clearance prior to the commencement of works.

Mains supply water and electricity are led into the business Park and are in close proximity to the site. Access to the site will be taken from the existing adopted access road however, purchasers should satisfy themselves as to these access arrangements and the proximity of all services.

A right of access will be retained over an area of the site for the purpose of deforestation. Further information can be provided upon application.
