The site comprises a vacant disused industrial site which is currently overgrown and will require clearance and investment for infrastructure prior to being used for alternative commercial/ industrial use. We understand that the site has formerly been part of the Bridgend Mills textiles facility and therefore may contain a degree of decontamination work required which will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
