The site sits approximately 5 miles from Lincoln which boasts numerous attractions, entertainment and activities in the city and surrounding areas.

Thorpe Park Lodges is an exclusive lakeside development with planning permission for 37 hand built luxury lodges set around a fishing lake.
The park is set in landscaped grounds extending to approximately 6.79 acres with gated entrance and gravel parking for each lodge.
Currently, there are 22 lodges that are fully built. 17 lodges have been sold to private buyers (of which 2 were sold freehold), with the remaining 15 sold on long term leases of 999 years. Each lodge sold on a long leasehold basis pays a service charge of £4,400 per annum and a ground rent of £50 per annum.
Total income from the privately owned lodges is therefore £66,750 pa.
5 plots are retained and used a short term holiday rental lodges, 4 or which are let by Sykes Cottages. The other lodge is currently under a temporary letting (AST).
