Cathedral Park is striving to become the premier business location within mid-Somerset and with a wide range of modern office and industrial units sizes being available to let and for sale, together with bespoke "design and build" solutions for larger occupiers. The first phases of office development included the new 25,000 Sq Ft HQ for Flourish Homes, and a 20,000 Sq Ft HQ for Old Mill Accountants. A newly constructed 'Premier Inn' opened in February 2017 and newly constructed UK Headquarters and Distribution Centre for 'TEPE' opened in March 2017. Early 2018, a local Veterinary group acquired a plot and began construction on their new facility. Somerset County Council acquired approximately 1 acre for a Innovation Hub and starter units. Other plots remain available for design and build solutions.
