Cotgrave is a popular suburb of Nottingham located approximately 4 miles to the East of the City Centre. The suburb is seeing strong growth with David Wilson and Baratt Hones all developing large areas of new housing. Cotgrave Shopping Centre has recently been redeveloped, it incorporates a Co-op supermarket as well as a strong line up of neighbourhood retailers.
