The subjects comprise a semi-detached workshop with integral reception area and staff facilities. The subjects comprise two workshops adjoined to the rear with the main warehouse constructed of steel portal construction with concrete block walls, concrete floor under a pitched roof incorporating translucent panels. The rear workshop is constructed of block walls, under a pitched and slated roof with mezzanine insitu constructed of steel construction.
