Victoria Business Centre is a collection of former railway arches, converted into multi purpose units, principally for light industrial or storage use, although change of use application may be accepted and also other uses within newly created Planning Class E. Unit 6 is situated to the end of the estate so access is slightly restricted, but to the front of the unit is a roller shutter entrance with inclusive pedestrian door.
