The property comprises a purpose built industrial warehouse within a self contained site, with roller shutter access to front and side. The building is of steel portal frame construction and built in two sections with part corrugated asbestos clad elevations and a corrugated asbestos sheet roof with a maximum eaves height of 7.5m to haunch. There is an interconnecting single storey office block to the side, including toilet facilities and a good external concrete yard area for loading and car parking. The site is secured by palisade fencing and gates to the front.
It is understood that there will be one 10 tonne crane left when the building is vacated (currently two 5 tonne cranes).
