A new industrial logistics scheme for Suffolk Park's Enterprise Zone
A proposed second phase of industrial development at Suffolk Park comprising 26 acres will have the capacity to deliver built to suit units from 30,000 sq ft to 300,000 sq ft. With Weerts now set to occupy an 870,000 sq ft unit on the Logistics Park, the Phase II scheme will be situated on the current Enterprise Zone land. The units will be able to accommodate a range of industrial and logistics occupiers and will offer spacious facilities with secure yards and high quality office space.
Suffolk Park is strategically located adjacent to Bury St Edmunds’ established primary out-of town commercial, retail and trade location. It is situated between the A14 dual carriageway and the new Rougham Tower Avenue which provides direct access to the A14 at junction 45, just 1.4 miles to the East. The A14 provides the main arterial route for the region, linking the Port of Felixstowe in the East with Cambridge, the M11 and the wider motorway network in the West.
