Planning

The site was granted full planning permission by South Norfolk Council on 31 March 2017 (ref 2016/2689) for "Residential Development to provide 5 detached houses and associated works to form access, including diversion of Public Right of Way". This planning permission has been implemented by forming the access to Plot 1 with confirmation from South Norfolk Council.

Full detailed plans are available for a scheme showing five 4-bedroomed detached houses extending to between 1926 and 2153 sq ft including a garage.

There are a number of pre-commencement conditions relating to the nature of the scheme however, helpfully, a large amount of work has been undertaken to discharge the technical ones (ref 2019/2525 Approval of details reserved by condition).

With regard to contamination an intrusive investigation has been carried out and is agreed that no further work is required.

The ecological work required prior to commencement has been completed with the balance to be undertaken during construction.

The work required for site levels has been agreed.
