Sampford Peverell is located just to the south of the A361 close to Junction 27 of the M5. Tiverton is the closest town approximately 7 miles to the west. The village is home to approximately 1,300 people. It is an extremely popular place to live with good local amenities including pubs, shop/post office, farm shop, doctors surgery, a primary school and various community amenities including sports and leisure facilities. Transport links are extremely good being close to the M5 giving fast access to Exeter to the south and Taunton to the north. The closest railway station is at Tiverton Parkway with direct trains to Exeter and London Paddington.
A village centre farmyard where the traditional buildings and the removal of more recent buildings have been carefully planned to create a small enclave of three homes off a private drive backing onto open fields.
