The premises are located on Little Cornbow in the centre of Halesowen. Halesowen is a Black Country town located very close to Junction 3 of the M5 Motorway, which is easily reached from the subject property.

The surrounding area is in a variety of uses, the retail High Street is a short walk away and adjoining users include offices, warehousing and industrial, civic facilities and some residential.

The building is a two storey building constructed as warehouses approximately 40 to 50 years ago. The building is constructed in brick under an over clad steel sheeted roof, supported by a steel truss.

In more recent times the building has been used as a place of worship and has suffered a fire to the first floor, with smoke damage throughout.
