Built in 1931, Boskerris has been substantially transformed by the current owners to provide a boutique coastal hotel with a Mediterranean feel. Located in Carbis Bay on the North Cornish Coast, the Hotel benefits from far reaching views across St Ives Bay and the North Atlantic Ocean beyond.
The Hotel is accessed via local roads, around 2.5 miles away from the A30. St Ives train station is approximately 1.5 miles away. Newquay International Airport is around 37.7 miles away with direct flights to the rest of the UK and some European destinations.
Guest accommodation is provided in 15 en suite bedrooms, individually designed and 12 of which provide ocean views.
BAR LOUNGE & SUN TERRACE
Overlooking St Ives Bay is the Bar, Lounge and Sun Terrace with 21 covers inside and al-fresco seating for 19. The Sun Terrace was refurbished in 2017 and features high quality decking and seamless glass panelling, making the most of the panoramic ocean views.
The dining room can seat up to 26 guests with an additional private dining area with 11 covers. Currently, the Hotel runs a limited restaurant offering, but there is significant potential to offer non-resident dining.

To the front of the Hotel is the terraced garden, overlooking St Ives Bay. Car parking for up to 18 cars is provided to the rear of the hotel and there are two Tesla charging points.
On site is a modern, three bedroom owners’ accommodation with open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, family bathroom and dressing room. Externally, there is an enclosed garden and sun terrace, In addition, there is a one bedroom apartment, located above the Hotel which would suit either managers’ or self-catering guest accommodation.
Subject to obtaining the necessary consents, there is significant potential to expand the existing bedroom stock as well as extending the Sun Terrace and restaurant provision.
