The Property comprises 8, 10a, 10b and 10c Cheddars Lane which is currently vacant except for one unit occupied under a tenancy at will. The Property historically operated as an auto centre with light industrial storage units. To the south east of the property is a terrace row of residential properties fronting Newmarket Road. To the north and west of the Property are places of worship (not listed) and to the north east, is an Aldi supermarket.
The Property is bound to the south by Cheddars Lane which also provides the access. We have measured the Property to extend to approximately 0.16 hectares (0.41 acres).
