    Outline planning consent was granted in 2001, and has since lapsed, for the provision of B1 (office, light industry, high technology) B2 (general industry) and B8 (warehousing) along with the provision of internal distributor road(s) (including drainage and other site engineering operations) and a new junction with Speke Boulevard and implementation of landscaping infrastructure on land at Speke Industrial Park. The Venture Point Occupiers Design Guide outlines the vision and objectives which were originally developed in conjunction with Liverpool City Council for Venture Point, and provide a framework for potential occupiers within which to plan and design development on individual plots.
