A mixed use development to include up to 800,000 sq ft of new industrial, logistics and manufacturing employment space

The 686,376 sq ft retail will be anchored by IKEA, who's 370,376 sq ft store will be Lancashire's first. The scheme will boast amenities including a hotel, restaurants,a family pub and a gym within a high quality landscaped environment. Lancashire Central is the biggest single employment generating scheme being delivered by the Preston, South Ribble and Lancashire City Deal, which is investing £430 million in infrastructure and transport improvements.
