J4M8 is identified as one of the premier storage and distribution locations in West Lothian and benefits from 185,000 sq m of planning consent for Class 6 (Storage and Distribution). Of this 110,000 sq m has already been developed and there remains a further 75,000 sq m of Class 6 (with planning permission in principle) which can be accommodated.
