The main building comprises a single storey production/warehouse facility with two storey offices to the elevations fronting Halesfield 25 with the loading bays to the rear. The original property is constructed of a steel frame, with an eaves height of circa 6 metres (20 feet), with pre-formed concrete panels to approximately 3.6 metres (12 feet) and plastic coated profile cladding above. The roof construction is of low pitched design with insulated profiled steel decking and an asphalt surface. There is a later extension constructed in 2009 which is of steel portal framework clad in profile sheeting.
Telford is one of the principal commercial centres in Shropshire and lies 49 miles north-west of Birmingham and 64 miles south of Manchester. The town has excellent communications being immediately off Junction 4 of the M54 motorway, which provides direct access to the M6 and the rest of the motorway network. Birmingham International Airport is 43 miles distant and there are regular train services from Telford to London Euston with a travel time of approximately 2 hours 15 minutes.
