Allia Future Business Centres are a community of start-ups and companies that are creating solutions to the world’s most pressing issues. With four centres across three locations - Cambridge, East London and Peterborough, we offer agile workspace, supporting you as your company grows, with flexibility to change office size as your business needs change. We also provide co-working, virtual office packages and affordable event and meeting room space (co-working and meeting rooms available at our Kings Hedges centre).
We currently have a selection of offices from 166 to 818 sq. ft. Prices available on request with charity
rate cost per sq.ft per annum from £15. Commercial rates from £20 per sq.ft per annum.

Located: The centre is located on Norfolk Street, close to the city centre. Within walking distance of the town centre, lunchtimes offer a multitude of eating, drinking and shopping options as well as having an award winning café onsite. Cambridge train station is a 20 minute walk from the office.
