The proposed residential development scheme comprises of up to 32no. dwellings, together with associated infrastructure works. Of these dwellings, 70% (approximately 22no.) will be open market and 30% (10no.) will be affordable. Of the affordable dwellings, 80% will be social rented and 30% will be intermediate.
The scheme will be accessed from Sub Road to the west. This will require demolition of West View’s extension and single garage and the creation of a new ‘T’ junction and access road to the site at the rear of the detached bungalow.
The Unilateral Undertaking, dated 13th February 2020, includes the following obligations:-
• Affordable Housing – 30% of the dwellings built on site will be affordable dwellings. Of which, 80% are to be social rented and 20% are to be intermediate; and
• Open Space Contribution - £1,364.20 per dwelling, up to a maximum of £30,012.40.
The Unilateral Undertaking contributions, in total, are approximately £30,012.40, excluding indexation.
