Broadwell is located on the western side of Abernethy in Perthshire adjacent to the A913. It is approximately 2.8 miles from the M90 motorway providing good road links across Scotland and further afield. The buildings are situated at Broadwell Farm. There is a traditional steading and farmhouse adjacent to the subject buildings, which do not form part of the subjects for let. The subject buildings are accessed directly from the A913 onto the hardstanding area in front of the buildings, which forms part of the let. This provides good access and turning space for vehicles and plant.
Offers are invited. Tenancy terms are fully negotiable with the letting agent. Subjects may be let as one lot or individually as required.
